1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing simiessay.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and its associated vocal coaching services.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including music snippets, vocal training curriculum, logos, and the "Simi Essay" brand, is the exclusive property of Sonorous Expressions. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Academy Subscriptions
Vocal coaching subscriptions are billed monthly. Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months of service.
4. Booking & Cancellation
Ministry and concert bookings are subject to separate contract agreements. A non-refundable deposit is typically required to secure dates on Simi Essay’s tour schedule.
